...a box from Papier Valise!People often email and ask me where I get all the pretty little things I use in my art. One of my favourite sources is Paper Valise. Janice (the owner who, by the way is absolutely one of the lovliest, down to earth people I know) had some beautiful red vintage labels that I had to have. I plan to use them in my portfolio which I am currently working on.
I also fell in love with the striped string she had on the homepage and had to have some of that too. I have no clue what I will use it for, but that really isn't the point, now is it? *grin* Sometimes it's just enough to surround myself with delightful things that amuse me. And really, if you want to be "in the know", join the Papier Valise Yahoo group. That way you will get to hear about new products as they are released and won't miss out on those rare treasures you just have to have!
Getting an order in the mail from Janice is truely a gift to myself. It always makes me smile!

You gotta love the red edged labels......and the red/white twine...I used it on my last box:) I too am delighted when a package arrives!
