Happiness is...

..an unexpected packet of goodies in the mail. My friend Jaylene had offered to send me some ephemera for a class I am taking at Artwerx and I totally forgot about it. Apparently she forgot too till she saw it sitting in her studio and mailed it with many apologies. The thing is that I never think of something like that as being late. I think of it as a perfectly timed gift and it was. I was surprised and delighted to receive it today and most grateful for her generosity. These are the things that make my heart smile.
